This is a way of taking ‘time out’ to be fully present in the ‘here and now’ with as little distraction as possible, and so have an oasis of peacefulness, release of tension and worry, thus attaining relaxation. In our busy lives we have no time for ourselves (or so we think) Come along and learn more about this fascinating technique.
The session lasts about 45 minutes and there are tea, biscuits and a chat between ourselves afterwards. We are a small, friendly group and you are welcome to join us.
