Members to be responsible for any Travel fee's or Concert tickets.

Description:  This group is for those who wish to learn more of mainly classical music, attending concerts at  the Royal  Nottingham Concert Hall and others including Chamber music concerts at the Lakeside Djanogly Hall are also visited.. All members are welcome to join us .

We meet as a group once a month to discus the composer, conductor, orchestra and music.  Any BJU3A members who would like to contribute to this meeting would be welcome.

Construction of the Royal Concert Hall began in 1980 and was completed in 1982. The air conditioned auditorium seats 2,499 and has highly complex and versatile sound and lighting system.

Nottingham Lakeside Arts is located at the South Entrance of The University of Nottingham’s University Park campus, just off the A6005, University Boulevard, about 2.5 miles from the City Centre.

Tall white numbered monoliths indicate the entrances to the different facilities at Lakeside, and all carry a map of the local area.
