Description: The Luncheon group are a friendly bunch who enjoy each others company. We really don’t need an excuse to go out and eat but maybe this is it! We meet once a month at one of the many local hostelries/restaurants, having pre-booked our meal, so we always decide a couple of months in advance where we are going next.


We like to select good value restaurants with good food so prices can vary. We usually meet at 12.30 pm for the meal at 1.00 pm. We usually stay local but do have some trips further afield into Derbyshire etc where we travel by minibus or car share.


Members of the group take it in turn to choose a venue and arrange the booking so if you wish to join us then we’ll be pleased to see you.

SPECIAL DIET/FOOD ALLERGY?

Several of our Luncheon Group members have food allergies or special diets, so we are used to accommodating special diets or allergies.


The meals are all a la carte so that members have complete choice over their food.

 

If the food itself is to be pre-booked we provide a copy of the menu in advance and note down any specific requests in the order to the restaurant.

We have two groups who meet to enjoy dining out. One is the Luncheon Group, the other is the Sunday Lunch Group. The details for each group are shown below
